Let’s rewrite your story.

What’s it like to work with me?
At the core of my approach to therapy is the belief that we all have a similar journey, but it just looks different for each person.
As someone who has navigated my own journey through self-esteem struggles, anxiety, and life transitions, I understand firsthand the challenges you may be facing. My personal experiences have deepened my empathy and insight, allowing me to connect with my clients on a deeper level.
What sets me apart is my genuine commitment to understanding your unique experiences and tailoring our therapy journey accordingly. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration while creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and validated. By integrating evidence-based techniques with insights gained from my own life experiences, I empower my clients to overcome obstacles, cultivate resilience, and embark on their journey toward a more fulfilling life.
Together, we'll navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and work towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
I'm here to walk beside you on your journey toward lasting healing and positive change.

My approach combines empathy, evidence-based techniques, and personalized care to help you achieve lasting positive change and well-being.
You’re in the right place.
I’m here to help you rediscover self-esteem, regain confidence in relationships, renew calm amidst anxiety, and navigate life transitions with resilience.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, where healing and growth are at the heart of every session. We will work together to address not only the symptoms you are experiencing but also the root causes of your struggles. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and non-judgmental space.
